What is your return and exchange policy?
Mat & Ink accepts returns within 30 days of receipt given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please send your order to the below address and be sure to include your order number. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund onto the original form of payment, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards and any items that are personalized are final sale.
If you would like to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item and place a new order. We will refund you for the returned item once it has been received.
Mat & Ink does not cover return shipping or provide return labels. Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.
When will I receive my order?
Mat & Ink orders are packaged and shipped within an estimated 3 to 5 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays.
Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays (including Black Friday week), new product launches and sales. Personalized items do ship separately from our studio and you will be updated with separate tracking information when they ship.

Do you make custom keepsake photo mats?
